A current New York State license or permit as a Certified Laboratory Technologist
Acts as a resource in a leadership role for the laboratory staff in conjunction with the Administrative Laboratory Director and Medical Laboratory Director as the Point of Care Coordinator / Pre-analytical Supervisor as per Laboratory Policy. Also acts as a resource in a leadership role for the laboratory staff by assessing, directing, assigning, and coordinating the staff involved in Point of Care Testing, Provider Performed Microscopy, Blood Gases and Phlebotomy, workflow patterns and activities.
A current New York State license or permit as a Certified Laboratory Technologist; BS preferred.
Maintains licensure and education requirements set forth by the New York State Department of Education and New York State Department of Health.
Six (6) year’s experience as a Certified Laboratory Technologist.
