Responsible for supervision of office operations and of office staff. Perform limited financial management. Maintain personnel files, performance reviews, hiring and scheduling. Communicate with providers to ensure maintenance of efficient practice operations. The Practice Coordinator must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals both independently and with the direction of the Practice Administrator. Must have the ability to remain calm and exhibit tact in stressful and/or delicate situations. Must have the ability to handle confidential issues with discretion.
