The position of Medical Imaging Informatics Analyst Level I for Medical Imaging provides a supporting technical role in design, development, implementation, and operational deployment of all current and new information technology relating to modern medical imaging and operations in a digital environment. The Medical Imaging Informatics Analyst will also provide project leadership on small to medium-scale projects, and will work in close partnership with senior analysts and managers within Medical Imaging and with other IT and Clinical departments to design, evaluate, select, test, implement, and support advanced medical imaging systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Radiologic Technology or related area preferred.
One (1) year of experience in radiology operations in a comparably sized hospital OR three (3) years health care environment experience.
Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) or eligible (must be completed with two (2) years)
Strong modality operation background along with workflow knowledge and assessment abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and applications training skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse group of people.
