Coordinates and manages the administrative executive support for and on behalf of the system President and CEO and Chief of Staff in a professional and confidential manner. Manages day to day Office of the CEO communications, operations, appointments, calendars and board correspondence, matters of which are often complex and confidential.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible administrative/office management experience, preferably at the senior executive or board- level. Experience handling and working with highly confidential materials and information required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent typing and word processing skills. Experience with PowerPoint and Excel required. Ability to handle a diverse workload; complete assignments with minimal or no supervision; work well under pressure; exercise independent/sound judgment within limits of standard or accepted practice and maintain composure and professionalism should stressful/sensitive situations arise. Ability to efficiently handle numerous tasks at the same time. Represents the CEO and Chief of Staff to senior level internal/external constituents as required and/or delegated on matters of importance.
