The Guthrie Clinic
Supports the Manager, Compensation in the administration and maintenance of system compensation. Updates and maintains compensation and job evaluation plans. Analyzes market salary rates with respect to compensation levels for the organization. Assists with development, preparation and distribution of information regarding the compensation plans. Acts as resource to communicate the plans to management and staff. Acts as resource to management and staff in the development of reports, tracking and in the development and implementation of other computerized tools, as it relates to compensation items in PeopleSoft.
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience in the area of wage and salary administration, preferably in healthcare. Wage and salary experience to include market analysis and plan communication.
