The Bridging Coordinator is responsible for the day to day administration of the pre-boarding and internal transfer process. The Bridging Coordinator functions as the liaison between the recruiter, HR Assistant and new employee.
Associates degree in a related field required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Three years of Human Resources or clerical work required. Computer skills, Microsoft Office software experience required (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Must possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines. Experience in a healthcare or corporate talent acquisition department highly desired.
