Administration of the Food Production and Hospital Catering Program to provide quality Dietary service to all patients, staff and visitors.
Working towards an A.A.S. Degree from an accredited college or university in Food and Nutrition, Food Service or Institution Management preferred. Must obtain HACCP certification within 6 months of hire. Should pursue a CDM.
A minimum of one year extensive Food production experience in a hospital or health care facility. Six months orientation with Food Service Manager.
