Robert Packer Hospital
Responsible for the performance of the Food and Nutrition Department of the Robert Packer Hospital. Responsible for ensuring the quality, service effectiveness, productivity and efficiency of the Food Service department which includes: Dietary, Cafeteria, Coffee Shop, Catering, Vending and Clinical Nutrition Services. This position plans, directs and leads the food service units and the resources to meet financial goals, system objectives and customer needs. This position may provide leadership support to other Guthrie Healthcare System Food and Nutrition Departments
B.S. degree from an accredited college or university in Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related sciences, or A.A.S. degree from an accredited college in Food Service management or related sciences with a minimum of Seven years food service management experience. Must be a Certified Dietary Manager with current HACCP Certification
Seven years multi unit experience in Food Management or related Food service Management experience.
