Main Function
Manage, design, develop and administer Oracle HCM, the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Provide an effective and efficient service to HR colleagues and the organization in HR systems, implementation, configuration, testing, support and production of management information to aid our organization design activities, HR information handling, Security Management, and HR systems delivery. Provides key management support for system administration which includes periodic upgrades. This role will be responsible for managing and directing both the activities of Guthrie HRIS analysts and contractors who support and provide services for Oracle Cloud HCM and related third-party HR applications.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology or a relevant field required, Masters degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS Manager position with advanced knowledge of HCM applications and processes in a cloud environment. Practical experience with HR data management, reporting and analytics. Proficiency with PL/SQL queries. Familiarity with business intelligence tools like OBIEE, OTBI, BIP, etc. to create reports and dashboards beyond the basics (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred). Expert level spreadsheet skills using Excel including VBA code, vlookups, pivot tables, spreadsheet compare, data import/export, etc. Prior HCM implementation experience and go-live support a plus (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud – E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft). Functional understanding of HCM integrations (payroll, recruiting, benefits, job sites, etc.). HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
