Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Clinical aspects of Dietetics and to provide quality patient nutritional care. Act as a resource person for the area of Clinical nutrition for medical staff, hospital personnel and the community. Supervises Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians
A Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, and be an active registered member of the American Dietetic Association.
A minimum of two and one half years as a Clinical Supervisor and Therapeutic Dietitian in a teaching hospital or related institution.
