Under Administrative direction, will supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing personnel on their respective tour of duty, and to maintain continuity of Nursing care. Also, assists Nurse Managers in the development and evaluation of their respective Nursing personnel. Responsible for operation of Hospital when Hospital Administration is not present.
Understands and adheres to CRMC's Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies. Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and CRMC regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they are changed or modified.
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program with at least an AAS in Nursing, BSN strongly preferred.
Nurse Practitioner graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program highly preferred.
