Main Function
The Surgical Support Facilitator will support and facilitate surgical and anesthesia turn over between procedures through ensuring that surgical and anesthesia equipment and supplies are immediately available for the next procedure outside of the room; transporting post-operative patients to the recovery room with anesthesia; preparing anesthesia equipment/supplies for the next procedure; transporting the next patient to the operating room; facilitating room preparation for the next procedure; and maintaining a clean environment within the department.
Education
- High School education or GED
- CPR Certification
Experience
- Knowledge and ability to work with computer preferred
- Anesthesia or Operating Room experience preferred
