The Guthrie Clinic
Responsible for accurately entering charge tickets after screening for appropriate use of CPT, ICD-10, and modifier codes. Communicate with departments/sites when expected charge tickets have not been received for entry. Works closely with Central Charge Manager and Centralized Charge Entry Lead to identify missing charges not received in a timely manner.
Degree in Medical Office Assistant preferred, but High School Diploma required with concentration in business courses
One to two years experience with data entry. Accurate keyboarding skills are necessary. Must have experience working with computers. Medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
