Triage Desk Analyst is responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers in support of our software products and third-party product add-ons our customers use in relation to the EHR. This includes identifying issues, clearly documenting cases via the issues management tool, and resolving customer cases per business guidelines. Responsibilities extend to post business hours on a rotational basis.
• A Baccalaureate Degree or degree from an accredited college or university; OR
• An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year work experience; OR
• A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
Partial college and/or technical training is a plus. Super user, or subject matter expert in Epic. 1-3 year’s customer service experience, experience with technological Customer services a plus. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications and Desktop hardware/laptops required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and analytical. Ability, aptitude for customer service, able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Required at a minimum are basic computer skills wit Epic Help Desk Analyst h some exposure to healthcare information systems and experience with phone skills.
