The EHR Principal Trainer develops and evaluates employee training. They will analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate and maintain effective clinical information systems application courses. Delivery platforms will include instructor-led classroom and virtual courses, and e-Learning solutions for a diverse multidisciplinary audience of faculty, clinical, and support staff. The EHR Principal Trainer will use a standardized curriculum design methodology and will apply adult learning principles to produce sound instructional programs. A key responsibility will be to work collaboratively with Process & Clinical Content Team, Application Coordinators, Change Management, and the IT Team in the development of training materials and maintenance of the training environment.
Associates Degree preferred. In lieu of an associate’s degree currently licensed healthcare professionals (ie. LPN’s, RN’s, Social Workers, etc) or 5 years of healthcare experience may be considered.”
At minimum must have basic computer skills, experience with MS WORD, Excel and Powerpoint preferred, with some exposure to healthcare information systems. Demonstrated organizational, writing, and communication skills necessary. Previous training experience preferred.
