The Emergency Department Registration Clerk, under the direction and supervision of the Emergency Department Manager, is responsible for greeting, registering, and assisting patients and visitors to the department while supporting clinical staff to provide for safe and exceptional care.
High School Grad or Equivalent
Registration and/or EMT experience preferred. Working knowledge and proficiency with computers, data entry, reception/clerical skills, adept verbal and written communication, and excellent customer service required. Familiarity with medical terminology and insurances preferred.
