Main Function
Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agency’s philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
Education
Graduate of an Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited nursing program.
Experience
One year previous nursing experience with Medical/Surgical nursing required. Prior Public health/Community health nursing expereince preferred.
Ideal candidate is someone who lives in either Tioga County or Western Bradford County PA.
