The RN with the support of Guthrie Southern Tier Pediatrics, will provide the highest quality patient care consistent with GSTP Mission/Vision Statements to exceed out patients, families, and community's expectations for exceptional patient care. The RN will continually demonstrate Patient Centeredness, Team Work, and Excellence in daily performance of their duties. This position requires to be self-motivated, flexible, punctual, detail oriented along with having a good management skills and excellent communication skills.
Graduate of an Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience, pediatric preferred, but not necessary. Good communication skills, computer knowledge, interest in health education, ability to work independently, ability to multi task, ability to remain calm in stressful/emergent situations, ability to oversee LPN telephone care nurse as necessary, current CPR and Infection Control.
