The preparation of all food in the hospital as to quality and quantity. Understands that patient needs are paramount and that changes in diet, etc. can be instant and is flexible to these needs.
High school graduate or equivalent, preferred. Basic understanding of therapeutic diets desirable.
Exposure to cooking in mass feeding operation. Familiarity with standardized recipes and therapeutic diets is desired
