Develop and direct the implementation of policies, plans, and programs to assure the most effective utilization of human and organizational resources to support company people, business and patient care strategies. This position sets the strategic direction for human and organizational resources and implements plans to direct a progressive array of programs and HR processes designed to support the system’s philosophy, guidelines, and policies. This role includes the functions that will enable individual and organizational growth/learning and drive change into daily operations by ensuring programs are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the organization, as well as meeting all relevant standards of regulatory agencies.
Master’s degree preferred, in either Human Resources or Organizational Systems/Development.
A minimum of ten (10) year’s comparable related experience, of which at least five (5) years has been at a senior management level, will be considered in lieu of the educational preference.
