The Guthrie Clinic
Performs a variety of administrative and marketing functions supporting the Director of Strategic Planning, the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Physician Liaisons. Provides additional support for the planning, marketing and public relations team as needed. Manages multiple databases, tracks direct communications, and PR/marketing activities.
Associate’s Degree in business/secretarial science or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum of five years of recent administrative experience required, including: Bookkeeping experience using electronic spreadsheets (Excel) for detail tracking Effective project management skills to handle the multiple details necessary to schedule over 300 site visits per year for the Physician Liaisons. Proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS). Excellent proofreading, editing, and writing skills. Ability to work well under pressure, exercise independent/sound judgment, and maintain composure and professionalism should stressful/sensitive situations arise.
