Main Function

Provides good customer service for both basic and technical support to the end-user in regard to imformation tehcnoloy systems. Serves as the prime point of contact person for managing and handling reported problems, questions, and requests.

Education

Two year college degree or four years Help Desk experience required. 

Experience

Two or more years experience in minicomputer and microcomputer hardware and software required.  Working knowledge of office automation technologies and methodologies.  Good understanding of personal computers, related software, serves, networking , and peripherals. Experience with supporting desktop software is required.  Experience with healthcare application software is preferred. Must have good communication skills, pleasant personality,
