Performs a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of the Practice Administrator. Assists in the preparation of reports and administrative documents. Types and assists with correspondence. Establishes and maintains efficient area as requested by administrators. Maintains strictest confidentiality. Must acknowledge the importance of working with others in a team environment.
Minimum of high school graduate and additional business/computer education.
Knowledge of medical terminology helpful and good command of English language a must. Should be proficient in computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), clerical duties, and organizing workload. Knowledge of Internet. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills required.
