The Guthrie Clinic
Organizes, coordinates and administers employee benefits and functions for assigned entities of The Guthrie Clinic. Responsible for monitoring employee benefit enrollment and reporting benefit statistical information. Responsible for daily administration of all benefit transactions and coordinates processes with third party administrators, insurance company, benefit plan providers and the payroll function.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. In lieu of education, 3 to 5 years of relevant work and experience will be considered.
A minimum of three years experience working in a human resource or benefit function. Microsoft Office proficiency required.
