Registered Nurse - PA
The Registered Nurse, under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager, is continuously responsible for professional nursing care of all patients on the nursing unit during his/her tour of duty. Nursing care encompasses patients of all ages regardless of race, religion, or cultural background.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, registered and licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Current CPR and practices standard precautions. Completes skills checklist in orientation and annual competency skills checklist in accordance with nursing unit guidelines, and continues to seek assistance when performing an unfamiliar procedure. Stays current in field of nursing. Identifies educational needs and utilizes resources both inside and outside the hospital to increase skills and knowledge base. Keeps neat and legible written documents.
1 year of RN experience.
