The Facilities Support Specialist performs secretarial duties for the Director of Facilities to include taking EOC and staff meeting minutes. This position is responsible for initiating the generation of routine and PM work orders and inputting data necessary for accurate machinery history records, generating reports from the maintenance data base as required and logging back charges for rental properties and GMG departments. Responsible for signage throughout the hospital and grounds.
High School Grad or Equivalent
Minimum of two years‘ secretarial experience. Previous exposure to hospital or maintenance environment required
