Main Function

Coordinate activities, events, and delegated administrative tasks involving the GMG Patient Experience program with a high level of motivation, expertise, and professionalism. Assist with GMG implementation of patient experience strategic initiatives. 

Education

Associates degree in business or executive secretarial studies preferred; however, experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

Excellent computer skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent proofreading, editing, and writing skills. Ability to efficiently handle numerous tasks at the same time. Demonstrated ability to follow the Guthrie Values and Standards of Performance. Ability to work well under pressure, exercise independent/sound judgement, and maintain composure and professionalism should stressful/sensitive situations arise
