The Financial Decision Support Analyst is responsible for a variety of projects concerning the operations of all entities within The Guthrie Clinic. The focus will be on both ongoing assignments as well as project based. The Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports from multiple information systems used by TGC. Creates, researches and analyzes data not readily available for complex decisions such as strategic planning, employee/departmental productivity, service line profitability, etc. The Analyst will work closely with others in Finance, Administration, Providers, and the Business Office to provide in-depth analysis and recommendation of major business/operation/financial decisions. Additional customers will include healthcare organizations and others requiring information from the Finance Dept.
BS Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. Associates degree and 5+ years of experience is acceptable in lieu of BS.
Two years of financial analytics experience or experience of a relevant nature. Healthcare experience desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Ability to communicate clearly. Maintains strict confidentiality.
