To assist the Employment Services team by preforming a variety of recruitment and related Human Resources functions while maintaining necessary confidentiality of information.
Associates degree in a related field required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Three years of Human Resources or clerical work required. Computer, Microsoft Office software experience required (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Experience with PeopleSoft desired. Must possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines. Experience in a healthcare or corporate talent acquisition department highly desired.
