Main Function
Provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assumes responsibility for duties as determined by qualification, training and experience. Will assist insurance management specialist with authorizations and follow up and coverage when required.
Education
Graduate of an approved course in practical nursing. . Licensed in the State of NY.
Experience
Experience in home care or Public Health nursing is desirable. Evidence of independent nursing practice in delivering nursing care also required.
