Responsible for the selection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of major application initiatives. Accountable for all aspects of project management associated with the selection and implementation of designated applications. Functions in a collaborative role with an established user application project co-leader. Also, responsible for managing the customer-supplier relationship between Information Services and an established functional group. Accountable for developing a liaison relationship which requires field work, understanding work processes indigenous to the functional group, and developing a system or methodology to support the work of the group from a technical or systems perspective.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus five years of demonstrated Information. Services experience in a complex health-care environment is required.
An additional two years of demonstrated project leader experience may be substituted for up to two years of the education requirement.
